Monday.com picks Singapore for Southeast Asia expansion

Work management platform monday.com Ltd. has established its Southeast Asia headquarters in Singapore as it expands across one of the world's fastest-growing digital markets.
“Singapore was the clear winner,” Chris Jordan, regional vice president for Southeast Asia and country manager for Singapore at monday.com, told Singapore Business Review. The company chose the city-state as its regional hub to support customers across Asia.
Monday.com has about 4,700 customers in Southeast Asia, up 23% from a year earlier, with more than 1,000 in Singapore.

The Israeli company opened its 114-square-meter office at 21 Collyer Quay in October 2025. The site also serves as its second Asia-Pacific headquarters after Sydney.
Southeast Asia's six biggest digital economies generated $388b ($299b) in gross merchandise value in 2025, up 15% from a year earlier, according to the 2025 e-Conomy SEA report.
Jordan said the Collyer Quay location puts the company closer to customers and supports its strategy of bringing them into the office.
He said Collyer Quay fits monday.com's brand and supports customer engagement. “It’s very on brand for Monday… and we love the fact that it’s a very social place,” he added.
The office has an open-plan layout with two meeting rooms and space for customer sessions, team collaboration, and events.

It also includes a lounge overlooking Marina Bay Sands and a wall of eight digital screens linking employees with the Sydney office and the company's headquarters in Tel Aviv whilst displaying live company updates.
Monday.com also incorporated local elements into the office. Its in-house designers created artwork inspired by Singapore using the company's colors, and the office features locally sourced plants.
More than 30 employees work from the Singapore office across sales, customer success, solution engineering, marketing, and business development, supporting customers across Southeast Asia.
