APAC Realty and NexUS Global Realty ink MoU to boost cross-border real estate transactions

The partnership will also strengthen agent-investor ties and create new opportunities for clients in both regions.

APAC Realty has inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with US-based NexUS Global Realty to expand cross-border real estate transactions, strengthen relationships between agents and investors, and create new opportunities for clients in both regions

Under the MoU, NexUS Global Realty will leverage its expanded network of trusted advisors across 50 states in the US to facilitate property transactions, connecting US-based buyers with APAC Realty’s extensive property portfolio across 13 countries and territories in the Asia-Pacific region.

In return, APAC Realty will provide valuable market insights and property listings, enabling NexUS Global Realty to attract buyers seeking investment opportunities across the region.

NexUS Global Realty will also be the gateway office of ERA Franchise Systems, which facilitates transactions and provides value-added services to agents, clients, and offices in Asia and North America.

The partnership will also leverage APAC Realty’s exclusive regional master franchise rights for ERA across 17 countries and territories in Asia-Pacific.

In addition, educational webinars focused on cross-border transactions and investment strategies will be offered, providing valuable insights for ERA Asia Pacific agents and clients. Both companies will also leverage innovative technology platforms for seamless processes between regions.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
