Court hearing for FLT-FCOT merger set on 3 April

FCOT will be delisted on 29 April.

The court hearing for the proposed merger of Frasers Logistics Trust (FLT) and Frasers Commercial Trust (FCOT) is set to be held on 3 April, an SGX announcement revealed. It will be conducted through a video conference as a precautionary measure in
view of COVID-19.

Upon receiving court approval, the transfer books and the register of FLT unitholders will also be closed at 5 pm on 14 April in order to determine the entitlements of the FLT unitholders to its permitted distributions.

FCOT’s last day of trading is set on 9 April and its delisting date is on 29 April.
