Industrial building near Paya Lebar transport hub on sale for $29m: CBRE 

The four-storey building is located at 6 Aljunied Avenue 3.

A four-storey industrial building at 6 Aljunied Avenue 3 was offered on sale for $29m, CBRE, the property marketing agent, said.

CBRE said the property sits at a 68,500 square foot site, which will be on sale through a private treaty.

The asset is adjacent to the Paya Lebar transport and amenities hub and has a remaining tenure of 21 years.

The site is also zoned for Business 1 use with a plot ratio of 2.5.

The development has a ground floor warehouse space and an air conditioned business space on the upper floors with good specifications. 

It also  has a carpark with 102 land parcels and signage opportunities. It is composed of two cargo lifts, which has access to all four levels.
