Net property income of CapitaLand India Trust rises 8% YoY to $179.6m

Despite higher NPI, the company’s DPU fell 21% YoY.

CapitaLand India Trust’s net property income (NPI) rose 8% YoY to  $179.6m.

In Indian Rupee terms, NPI rose 17% YoY to ₹11.0b.

Despite higher NPI, CapitaLand India Trust still saw a 10% YoY and 21% YoY drop in its distributable income and distribution per unit (DPU), respectively.

In FY23, the company recorded a distributable income of $85.2m and a DPU of $$0.0645.

In Indian Rupee terms, CapitaLand India Trust’s distributable income and distribution per unit (DPU) both dropped by 3% YoY.
