Prime US REIT’s leasing volume doubles to 209,800 sq ft in Q3

In Q2, it recorded a leasing volume of 97,300 sq ft.

Prime US REIT’s Q3 2024 leasing volume more than doubled in Q3, reaching 209,800 square feet from 97,300 square feet in Q2.

New leases and renewals in Q3 recorded positive rental reversions of +6.5%, mainly from 222 Main (Salt Lake City), Waterfront at Washingtonian (Suburban Maryland, D.C), 101 South Hanley (St Louis), and Promenade (San Antonio).

Meanwhile, the REIT also reported a stable occupancy rate across its properties, with six assets achieving occupancy above 90%. 

Four of its assets also saw improved occupancy rates, namely Waterfront at Washingtonian (Suburban Maryland, D.C.), Park Tower (Sacramento), Tower 909 (Dallas), and 101 South Hanley (St. Louis).

The overall occupancy rate stood at 83%.
