Blumont Group names Ng Su Ling as Director

Her legal practice is focused on commercial and corporate work, specializing in mergers and acquisition and corporate finance.

The Board of Blumont Group announced the appointment of Ng Su Ling as Director.

Aside from being an Independent Director, Ms Ng, 48, was also Chairman of Nominating Committee and a member of Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee, according to a Blumont Group report.

In 2000, Ms Ng joined Messrs Colin Ng & Partners and subsequently, White & Case, Colin Ng & Partners in Singapore as a foreign legal advisor, advising on general corporate and commercial work from a Malaysian laws perspective.

Presently, Ms Ng is a partner in Damodara Hazra LLP in Singapore, having joined the firm in 2001. Ms Ng's practice is focused on commercial and corporate work, specializing in mergers and acquisition and corporate finance.
