Capitamalls Asia appoints Simon Ho Chee Hwee as Deputy Chief Executive Officer

He was the past CEO of CapitaMall Trust Management Limited.

The Board of Capitamalls Asia announced the appointment of Simon Ho Chee Hwee as Chief Executive Officer effective 1 July 2012. Mr Ho was previously the Chief Executive Officer of CapitaMall Trust Management Limited. He has around 20 years of experience in real estate investment and management and was responsible for managing the operations of retail properties in Singapore as well as the operations of CapitaMalls Asia Limited's regional retail portfolio in China, Malaysia, Japan and India, according to a Capitamalls Asia report.

Mr Ho, 50, will assist CEO of CapitaMalls Asia Limited ("CMA"), Mr Lim Beng Chee in the growth and operations of CMA’s regional retail portfolio in China, Singapore, India, Japan and Malaysia.
