K-REIT Asia Management appoints Dr. Audrey Marie Chin Wei-Li as Chairman

She will step down as the Chairman of the Audit Committee upon her appointment.

The Board of K-REIT Asia announced the appointment of Dr. Audrey Marie Chin Wei-Li as Chairman. After reviewing the Nominating and Remuneration Committee's recommendations and Dr. Chin's qualifications and experience, the Board approved the appointment of Dr. Chin as the Chairman of K-REIT Asia Management Limited, the manager of K-REIT Asia. 

Dr Chin, 54, She has been involevd in the following companies: Vietnam Investing Associates - Financials Singapore Private Limited, NTUC Income Insurance Co-operative Singapore, JC Trust Limited, Singapore, Among many others, according to a K-REIT Asia report.
