K-REIT Asia's Director Dr. Tsui Kai Chong resigns

He was Chairman, Non-Independent Non-Executive Director and Member of Audit Committee.

The Board of K-REIT Asia announced the resignation of Dr. Tsui Kai Chong as Director. Dr. Tsui served as Chairman of K-REIT Asia since its inception in November 2005. It is timely to hand over the reins to a new Chairman who will take K-REIT Asia to its next stage of growth.

Dr. Tsui, 56, leads the Board in working together with management with integrity, competency and in an effective manner to address strategy, business operations and enterprise risk issues, and facilitates the effective contribution of the non-executive Directors and the Board as a whole, according to a K-REIT Asia report.
