Lendlease appoints new Asia MD for investment management

Gan Chong Min succeeded Kelvin Chow who is now Lendlease Global Commercial REIT’s CEO .

Lendlease has appointed Gan Chong Min as managing director of investment management for Asia, according to an announcement.

Gan joins the leadership team in Singapore and reports directly to chief investment officer and managing director for Singapore Ng Hsueh Ling.

Gan will assume leadership and management of Lendlease’s investment management business in Asia and will drive global stakeholder management and the overall performance of Lendlease’s assets at Paya Lebar Quarter, Jem, Parkway Parade, and Setia City Mall.

He succeeds Kelvin Chow, who has taken on a new remit as the CEO of Lendlease Global Commercial REIT.

Gan was the former managing director of fund management at CapitaLand in Shanghai, where he led a team managing private-equity real estate funds with a portfolio of nine Raffles City-branded mixed-use commercial assets.
