On 26 July 2012, Richard Lai Tak Loi has tendered his resignation as employee of Mapletree Logistics Trust Management effective 25 August due to personal reason.
Mr Lai, 42, was appointed to the post 1 May 2010, according to a Mapletree Logistics Trust report.
