Starland Holdings appoints Lawrence Chua Wei Chye as Chief Financial Officer

He will replace Wee Liang Hiam who leave the company to pursue other career opportunities.

The Board of Starland Holdings announced the appointment of Chua Wei Chye Lawrence as Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary.

Mr Chua, 37, will be responsible for the Group’s financial, treasury, taxation and other corporate compliance matters.

In the past he was Finance Manager, Wanxiang International Limited from February 2009 to August 2012, Group Financial Controller of Allied Technologies Limited form July 2007 to November 2008 and Audit Manager of Ernst & Young LLP from November 2002 to July 2007, according to a Starland Holdings report.
