Michelle is currently the Assistant Director in charge of driving IT-enabled business transformation in the finance, tourism and hospitality sectors at the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore. Her current portfolio includes driving iN2015 national and sectoral initiatives through the NFC and Digital Concierge programmes.
