Singtel pilots insurance savings plan on Dash mobile app

Dash EasyEarn offers 2% p.a. returns for the first policy year.

Singtel has launched an insurance savings plan integrated into its mobile app Dash, according to a news release.

The new Dash EasyEarn insurance savings offers 2% per annum returns for the first policy year, designed for investors who want to start saving regularly but who may be concerned about cash flow. The service is open to eligible users in Singapore and is underwritten by Etiqa Insurance.

Users can start a Dash EasyEarn plan with a minimum initial premium of $2,000 up to a maximum of $20,000, and are granted up to 105% of the account value in the event of death.

Other benefits include a no-lock-in period, capital guarantee, and unlimited withdrawals with zero penalties.

Users will need to verify their personal details before topping up with their bank account. They can also opt to withdraw funds directly into their bank account or Dash wallet.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
