HSBC appoints Rohit Joshi as Head of Global Payments and Cash Management
Rohit was previously the Managing Director of HSBC Bank Limited.
HSBC Global Payments and Cash Management has appointed Rohit Joshi as Head of Global Payments and Cash Management, Singapore, effective immediately. Rohit will be responsible for the continued growth of the franchise in one of Asia’s major financial centres and will drive the execution of HSBC’s accelerated investment across the region. Rohit’s appointment joins recent appointments across the region including the most recent announcement of a new Senior Executive, Shirley Leong, in Malaysia.

Rohit replaces Iain Taylor who has been appointed Global Head of Marketing for HSBC’s Global Transaction Banking.
Prior to his new role, Rohit spent three years in Hong Kong as Senior Manager for Commercial Banking, where he led a team responsible for driving strategy and developing the franchise. Previously, Rohit was Managing Director of HSBC Bank Limited and has also held various senior positions in Australia and India.
