Mary Chia Holdings’ Chief Financial Officer steps down

Koh Poh Beng’s post will be temporarily replaced by Wendy Ho.

The Board of Mary Chia Holdings’ announced the resignation of Koh Poh Beng as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr Koh, 41, was responsible for overseeing the overall financial and accounting matters of the Group.

The Company is in the midst of identifying suitable qualified candidate to replace the role of Mr Koh Poh Beng. During the interim, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Ms Wendy Ho, will oversee the finance function of the Group, according to a Mary Chia Holdings report.

He was appointed to the post 22 August 2011.
