ESSEC Business School unveils flagship programme in Singapore

MSc in Management will be available next year.

ESSEC Business School launches the new intake of its flagship programme, the Master of Science in Management, in Singapore for September 2014 admission.

This programme has been ranked 8th in the “Top 70 Masters in Management Programmes” worldwide by the Financial Times this year.

ESSEC’s MSc in Management is designed for ambitious individuals looking to fast track their career with a management education programme that provides a flexible curriculum and relevant global perspectives.

"The academic excellence of the Master of Science combined with the multicultural environment and enriching integrated job periods has exposed me to many learning opportunities and helped me to develop my career plan.

Anticipating graduation, I accepted an offer for a position in Development & Strategy based in Singapore, working for a global Fortune 500 Oil and Gas company.” said Duy Pham, Retail & Marketing Network Manager, Total Vietnam Limited; alumnus, ESSEC MSc in Management 2008.

Students of this MSc programme are empowered to design their own curriculum by selecting and planning their course modules and seminars. This bi-campus programme between Singapore and France allows MSc students to develop a sense of entrepreneurship for their own future.

They will have full flexibility to build their personalised curriculum from a wide spectrum of academic offerings of 200 electives, 18 Faculty Chairs, 17 specialised tracks, 6 double-degrees and 88 academic exchange programmes with prestigious partner universities.

At any point during their studies, students can select to complete all or part of their course work in Singapore or at ESSEC’s main campus in France, or through any one of the exchange programmes.

"Based on ESSEC's innovative pedagogical approach, the Master of Science in Management programme embodies innovation spirit and fosters personal development of our students.

Through this unique learning experience between Singapore, Paris and other parts of the world, they learn to embrace diversity and creativity in preparing themselves for a fulfilling international career." said Professor Hervé Mathe, Dean of ESSEC Asia-Pacific.

One of the key benefits of this programme is the integration in the curriculum of a 12 to 18-month professional experience in Asia, Europe or other continents that suit individual goals and objectives.

Together with ESSEC’s career advisers, students could choose an international industry immersion programme to fit their career plan.

Every student is coached personally throughout their studies with professional and personal development advice on the choices they make. Alternatively, students could also develop their own business start-up at ESSEC Business Incubator.

ESSEC MSc in Management is open to candidates who are internationally-minded and academically excellent, with a Bachelor degree in any discipline from reputable institutions and a competitive GMAT score. Admission applications for the 2014 September intake will close in April next year.
