The Board of Lottivision announced the retirement of Gao Xiang Jun as Director.
Mr Gao, 49, had decided not to seek re-election at the Annual General Meeting held on 27 July 2012 due to personal commitments.
He was tasked to formulate the Group's strategic direction, according to a Lottivision report.
He was appointed to the post 17 February 2009.
