The integrated office and lab facility will be located at the International Business Park.
Global product testing and certification provider TÜV SÜD has started the construction of its $100m integrated office and lab facility at the International Business Park (IBP). According to an announcement, this marks the company’s first major real estate investment outside of their German headquarters.
TÜV SÜD said that its 600 Singapore-based employees, including TÜV SÜD PSB and TÜV SÜD Digital Service Centre of Excellence (CoE), will relocate to this facility in 2020. TÜV SÜD operates in Singapore as TÜV SÜD PSB. It has an existing lab facility in Science Park One.
The 18,900 sqm hub will use technologies that are up to the Building and Construction Authority’s (BCA) green mark platinum standard.
