China Mining International appoints Li Bin as CEO

He will be in charge of overall management, development and financial performance of the Group.

The Board of China Mining International has reviewed the qualification and experience of Mr Li Bin and found him a suitable candidate for the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Mr Li Bin assume the role of Chief Executive Officer reporting to the Board of Directors. He will be responsible for carrying out the strategies and policies as established by the Board and for overall management, development and financial performance of the Company and its subsidiaries, according to a China Mining International report.

Mr Li Bin, 38, previously worked in the securities company as senior manager and senior analyst for more than 10 years. He joined the Company as investor relationship manager and was appointed as Executive Director since 12 Novermber 2007.
