Kingboard Copper Foil appoints Lam Ka Po as Chairman

Mr. Lam has 31 years’ experience in the industry and has served for decades with the Group.

The Board of Kingboard Copper Foil Holdings Ltd. announced the appointment of Lam Ka Po as Chairman of the Company effective Jan 3.

The Board of Directors has recommended him of the position having considered the background of Mr Lam Ka Po who is an Executive Director of the Company since 9 January 2007. He will succeed Mr Cheung Kwok Wing given his many past years of practical experience with the Group

Mr. Lam, 55, will be responsible for the overall strategic planning of the KBCF Group and sets the general direction and goals for the KBCF Group, according to a Kingboard Copper Foil report.

Mr. Lam has over 31 years’ experience in sale and distribution of laminates. He was Executive Director for Kingboard Laminates Holdings Limited at present. He was also Executive Director for Kingboard Chemical Holdings Limited from September 1993 to December 2006.
