CICT posts 2.1% YoY higher income of $362.5m in 2H23

The REIT attributed the increase to its sound operational performance.

CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust’s (CICT) distributable income rose 2.1% YoY to $362.5m in 2H23.

In a bourse filing, the REIT attributed its higher distributable income to its sound operational performance driven by proactive portfolio management and prudent cost management. 

With higher income, the REIT declared a distribution per unit (DPU) of $0.0054, an increase of 1.7% from 2H22.

Adding the 2H23 figure, the total DPU for FY23 will be $0.1075 (+1.6% YoY),  translating to a total return of 6.3%.
