YTL Starhill Global REIT Management appoints Tan Bong Lin as lead independent director
He is also appointed as chairman of the Audit Committee.
Mr Tan Bong Lin is a non-executive independent director of APAC Realty Limited and was formerly an Independent Director and chairman of the Audit Committee of Parkway Life REIT (both of which are listed on the Mainboard of SGX-ST) from 2007 to 2016.
He was with Citigroup Global Markets Singapore from 1990 to 2007, his last held position being Managing Director, and was also a member of the Finance Committee of the Singapore Broadcasting Authority from 1997 to 2002. Mr Tan holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Singapore.
