Noontalk Media shareholders okay adoption of share buy-back mandate

The resolution garnered 100% support from the shareholders.

Noontalk Media's shareholders has voted to adopt the share buy-back mandate the company has proposed.

In a bourse filing, the company said its planned share repurchases received 100% support from its shareholders during its extraordinary general meeting (EGM).

The total number of shares represented by votes for the resolution was 130,908,588.
