Huttons Asia revamps website

It has an iPortal that allows data sync for information on properties.

Huttons Asia launched a revamped website for its service platform, an announcement revealed.

It includes market reports, mortgage calculators, buyers stamp duty calculators aimed to make the website a one-stop information station.

Huttons’ website also features an iPortal that allows real-time synchronisation of data taken from the corporate website, microsites of individual projects and personal agent websites.

It allows the agents to research business reports and analytics for their clients and also make a submission electronically, the company said.

To provide the buyers with a 360-degree view of the properties, the website will also include a search engine with filters. The website also has CRM capabilities, a new content management system, and lead generation and proper follow-up.

Hutton Asia is one of the largest real estate agencies based in Singapore with over 3,000 trained agents.
