URA launches tender for two residential sites
The land parcels at West Coast Link/West Coast Crescent and Choa Chu Kang Road/Phoenix Road are launched for sale under the Confirmed List of the 1st Half 2011 Government Land Sales Programme.
According to URA, the two residential sites released for sale today can potentially yield about 695 housing units.
In addition, the Housing & Development Board (HDB) will be releasing an Executive Condominium site at Punggol Way / Punggol Field for sale via the Confirmed List later this month. Together, these three residential sites can potentially yield about 1,415 housing units and will provide developers and home-buyers with more choices.
Land Parcel at West Coast Link/ West Coast Crescent
With a site area of about 1.27 ha, this land parcel will have a maximum permissible gross floor area (GFA) of 35,456 sqm and can potentially yield about 360 housing units.
The site is located in the western part of Singapore, opposite West Coast Park. The site is also just a 5 to 10 minutes’ drive away from the Southern Waterfront, where dining, shopping and entertainment amenities can be found.
Land Parcel at Choa Chu Kang Road/ Phoenix Road
With a site area of about 1.54 ha, this land parcel located in the west region of Singapore will have a maximum permissible gross floor area (GFA) of 32,310 sqm and can potentially yield about 335 housing units.
Located within walking distance to the existing Phoenix and Teck Whye LRT Stations, and in close proximity to the future Bukit Panjang MRT Station, residents of the future development will enjoy convenient access to all parts of Singapore.
