Sin Heng Heavy Machinery appoints Philip Soh Sai Kiang as Director

Mr Soh is also a co-founder of Artivision Technologies Ltd Group.

The Board of Sin Heng Heavy Machinery announced the appointment of Philip Soh Sai Kiang as Director.

Mr Soh, 43, is a co-founder of Artivision Technologies Ltd Group and Non-Executive Chairman of Artivision Technologies Ltd, was appointed as a Director on 7 June 2007.

From 1999 to 2001, he was the Head of Internet Trading in Lum Chang Securities Pte. Ltd. (subsequently known as DBS Vickers Securities Pte. Ltd.) where he was responsible for managing the internet trading business for the company.

In 2001, he joined UOB Kay Hian Pte. Ltd. as the Head of Business Development and the Director of Capital Markets (Singapore) where he now handles capital fund raising and debt financing, according to a Sin Heng Heavy Machinery report.

Mr. Soh graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Merit) degree in Economics and Political Science from the National University of Singapore in 1993.
