Sitra Holdings (Intl) names Lee Tak Meng as Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Lee is tasked oversee the financial and accounting matters of thr group.

Sitra Holdings announced the appointment of Mr Lee Tak Meng as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Lee was shortlisted and interviewed by the directors who find his experience and qualifications suitable for the position of Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”).

As required under Rule 407 (4)(c) of the Rules of the Catalist, the Board wishes to announce the appointment of Mr Lee Tak Meng as CFO of the Company. The Audit Committee members had confirmed that after making all reasonable enquiries, and to the best of their knowledge and belief, nothing has come to their attention to cause them to believe that Mr Lee Tak Meng does not have the competence, character and integrity expected of a CFO of a listed issuer.

Mr. Lee is responsible for the financial and accounting matters of Sitra Group, according to a company report.

He was VP (Admin & Finance) (2009-2012) and Chief Operating Officer, (2005-2008) of SUTL Corporations. Prior to this he was Chief Operating Officer of Pacific Spirits Group (2001-2005).
