Keppel Telco's net profit surged 13.7% in 1Q 2011
Net profit came in at $15.4 million up from $13.5 million in the same period last year.
According to Keppel Telecommunications & Transportation, total revenue for 1Q 2011 was $30.2 million, up 18.9% from $24.4 million during the same period last year.
Attributable profit before exceptional items improved 10% to $13.9 million.
Earnings per share for the first quarter of 2011 was 2.5 cents, 9% higher than the corresponding period in 2010.
Net asset value per ordinary share as at 31 March 2011 grew 3% to 64.0 cents per share.
