SBR International Business Awards 2023 Winner: Crawford & Company International Pte. Ltd
Crawford & Company International Pte. Ltd secured the General Insurance award at the recently concluded SBR International Business Awards 2023.
The company launched the Quality@Crawford programme, a series of technical skills modules to enhance service delivery and overall quality. The programme emphasises a sense of purpose and encourages employees to be involved in every step, making decisions with intention and driving positive outcomes. Its first module focused on business acumen and received positive feedback and high ratings.
