Singapore Airlines prices $600m notes at 3.16%

They will be issued on 25 October.

Singapore Airlines (SIA) priced its $600m notes due 2023 at 3.16%, an announcement revealed. Its proceeds will be used for aircraft purchases and aircraft related payments.

The five year notes which are in denominations of $250,000 will be issued at a price of 100%. It will be listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) on 25 October.

DBS, OCBC and UOB are the joint lead managers and bookrunners.
