BBR Holdings bags $116m Wisteria mixed-use development construction contract

It will be located in Yishun.

Mainboard-listed engineering group BBR Holdings has been awarded the design and build contract for the construction of the Wisteria Mall and The Wisteria apartments.

Located at Yishun Avenue 4, the mixed-use development comprises about 60% residential and 40% retail components

The $116m contract is not expected to have an effect on the group's results for the current financial year.
