King Wan Corp bags $19m new contracts

It includes mechanical and electrical installations for Selarang Park Complex.

King Wan has secured new mechanical and electrical (M&E) projects in Singapore from July to October 2016, amounting to S$19m.

The projects scheduled to be completed by 2019, include design, supply and installation of air-conditioning & mechanical ventilation systems and building management systems for the Selarang Park Complex.

Other projects are plumbing and sanitary systems installation for the Clement Canopy, a proposed 505-unit condominium housing development with landscaped deck, multi-storey carpark and communal facilities located at Clementi Avenue 1, Singapore.

Total order book stands at S$163m, with contracts lasting to 2019.
