ST Electronics bagged $382.5m worth of contracts in Q1

Advanced electronics, ICT took the lion’s share of deals.

ST Engineering reported that ST Electronics, its electronics arm, bagged $382.5m worth of deals in the first three months of the year.

These contracts include about $294.7m worth of Advanced Electronics & ICT contracts, which were received from both public and private sectors and will be delivered progressively over the next five years.

The group also secured about $32.5m worth of contracts in its rail electronics and intelligent transportation segment.

In the area of Satellite & Broadband Communications, contracts amounting to about $55.3m included orders from international telecom providers, broadcast companies and government agencies.
