Libra Group names Dr Zhang Jian as executive officer, president and CEO

He will replace William Lee Kay Choon, who resigned to pursue further education.

Libra Group announced the appointment of Dr Zhang Jian as executive officer, president and chief executive officer.

Dr Zhang, 51, will be in charge of the overall management of the business and operations of the Group, according to a Libra Group report.

In the past, he was Greater China commercial director, China Distribution of Climate Control and Security (CCS) and Carrier Sales & Services (Shanghai) from December 2011 to April 2013, business development director/project director of Johnson Controls and York International from September 2007 to November 2011 and regional director of Carrier Air-Conditioning Sales and Services Shanghai and Carrier Asia from July 2003 to August 2007.
