Sabana REIT's net property income up 1.1% to $18.6m in Q1

Thanks to contributions from a new acquisition.

Sabana REIT's net property income grew 1.1% year-on-year to $18.6m in the first quarter due largely to the income contributions from 10 Changi South Street 2, which Sabana REIT acquired in December 2014.

On a year‐over‐year basis, income available for distribution in 1Q 2015 has remained largely stable while DPU has
dipped 5.3% from that of 1Q 2014, owing to an approximately 5.1% increase in the number of Sabana REIT units
from a year ago.
