Tat Hong disposes of Sungei Kadut Avenue property for $7m

To consolidate its operations in the Tuas area.

A subsidiary of Tat Hong Holdings has disposed its property in Sungei Kadut Avenue for S$7m, in line with plans to consolidate its Singapore operations in the Tuas area.

Tat Hong plans to move its less time-sensitive operations to Johor, Malaysia. Tat Hong also stated that it is uneconomical to invest in the redevelopment of the property given its small plot size and short remaining lease
