JTC launches Jalan Lam Huat site

The 0.77 ha site has a 20-year tenure.

JTC launched one confirmed list site at Jalan Lam Huat for its Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) programme.

According to a press release, the 0.77 ha site is zoned for Business-2 development. It has a 20-year tenure with a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 2.5.

"The launch of the site is part of the Government’s efforts to offer more choices for industrial development," JTC said.

It has a land area of 7,694.4 sqm. Project completion has been set to 60 months.

The tender for the site closes on 26 December 2017 at 11 a.m.
