Oxley's full-year profit plummeted 79% to $60.9m in FY15

Last year's numbers ballooned thanks to Oxley Bizhub.

Lifestyle property developer Oxley Holdings reported that its full-year net profit crashed 79% to $60.9m this year.

Oxley said that its FY14 numbers were boosted by revenue recognition from Oxley Bizhub, an industrial development.

The group said that most of its domestic residential projects are substantially sold, with construction progressing steadily.

The group's profit before tax declined on back of lower revenue, which in turn was driven by a decline in sales.

Oxley noted that it will continue to expand its overseas operations in 8 countries, particularly United Kingdom, Malaysia, Cambodia, Ireland, Myanmar, Indonesia, Japan and China.
