These are the three major office projects slated for completion through 2015

It'll be a landlord's market for these segments.

According to Mr Chia Siew Chuin, Director of Research & Advisory at Colliers International, the pipeline for new Premium Grade and Grade A office supply for the rest of 2014 and 2015 remains limited with only three major projects slated for completion – CapitaGreen, South Beach and Westgate Tower.

CapitaGreen is a joint venture between CapitaLand, CCT, and Mitsubishi Estate Asia to redevelop Market Street Car Park into a Grade A office tower, the office tower is expected to be completed by 4Q 2014.

South Beach is an upcoming commercial and residential complex to be built on Beach Road in the Downtown Core of Singapore.

Westgate Tower is a prime 20-storey office tower by CapitaLand Commercial slated for completion by end-2014.

"Underpinned by the expected healthy demand, it would be a landlord’s market in the Premium Grade and Grade A office segment for 2014 – given that many of these buildings are already enjoying relatively high occupancy levels of above 90 per cent," said Chia.
