Singxpress Land appoints Tan Tai Soon as Director

Mr. Tan is also a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nominating Committee.

The Board of Singxpress announced the appointment of Tan Tai Soon as Director. The Board has considered the Nominating Committee¡¯s assessment of Mr. Tan¡¯s qualifications, experience and independence, as well as its recommendations. The Board is satisfied that Mr. Tan will be able to contribute positively to the Group.

Aside from being an Independent Non-Executive, Mr. Tan will also be assigned as member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nominating Committee, according to a SIngxpress report.

In the past he was Director, Hospital Planning of Jurong Health Services Pte Ltd from 2009 - present. Prior to this he was also Senior Vice-President Straits Developments Pte Ltd from 1995 to 2009.
