Transcorp Holdings appointed Kim Yit Keong as director

He founded Capital Consulting in 2000.

Mr. Lim, 63, is management consultant and trainer for Capital Consulting since September 2001 and as such responsible for providing investments in China and conducting seminars on accounting and tax related topics.

Before that he was regional finance controller for Global Knowledge Network from 2000 to 2001. He was also director of China practice, managing and reviewing clients’ investments for KPMG from 1998 to 1999. He was regional controller for Dornier Asia Medical Systems from 1996 to 1997. He managed his own business operated through Bena Consultancy Services from 1995 to 1996. He was financial controller for Braun AG from 1994 to 1995. He was regional finance manager for Wearnes Technology from 1991 to 1993.

He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (United Kingdom) since 1995 and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.
