Transcorp Holdings names Ainsley Jong Khee Beng as director

He will also be chairman of the Nominating and Renumeration Committees and a member of the Audit Committee.

Transcorp Holdings announced the appointment of Ainsley Jong Khee Beng as independent non-executive director.

Mr Jong, 46, currently serves as legal officer for Compliance and Government Affairs at Private Investment Fund since December 2012. Before this, he was brand assurance director at Diageo PLC from July 2007 to December 2011 and brand protection manager, South-East Asia at DaimlerChrysler Thailand from March 2004 to March 2007, according to a Transcorp Holdings report.
