SBI Offshore announced the resignation of Jen Shek Voon as independent non-executive director.
Mr Jen, 68, was also chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Nominating Committee, Board Risk Committee and Renumeration Committee, according to a SBI Offshore report.
He was appointed to the post on 5 July 2013.
