PACC Offshore Services Holdings named Lee Keng Lin as deputy CEO

He is currently the COO of the group.

Mr. Lee, 41, will continue to lead the business with direct accountability for the performance of all the business units and operations of the group. He will also work closely with the CEO to develop strategic growth plans and drive the organisational goals for the future.

He has more than 10 years of experience in the offshore marine industry. He was Business Development manager for PSA International from 2002 to 2005, He was based in Europe from 2006 to 2007. He joined PACC Offshore Services Holdings in 2007 and has been instrumental in the development and operations of various joint ventures and new business divisions and heads the Offshore Supply Vessels, Offshore Accommodation (Deepwater), Harbour Services and Emergency Response divisions. He became COO since October 2014.
