Woodside Finance named Larry Archibald as director

He was with Amoco and BP for 29 years.

Michael Chaney, Woodside CEO, said that Mr. Archibald’s significant international experience in oil and gas exploration and impressive record of exploration success would be a great asset to the company's Board.

Mr. Archibald was senior vice president in Business Development and Exploration and senior vice president in Exploration for ConocoPhillips for eight years and retired in 2015. He held various positions including leading global exploration programs for Amoco and BP. He is adviser for MainSail Energy Plc, Guidestone Energy LLC, and Warburg Pincus, LLC.

Mr. Archibald holds a Master of Business Administration from Regis College, a Bachelor of Science, Geosciences from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Arts, Geology, from Colgate University.
