Q&M Dental to acquire eight clinics for $20.3m

It will have 69 local clinics after the deal.

Q&M Dental will acquire eight clinics for a total consideration of $20.3m.

$10.85m of the total consideration will be paid in cash, while the remaining $9.45m will b paid in shares.

These latest acquisitions follows Q & M’s announcement in April 2015 of the proposed acquisition of TP Dental Surgeons for a total consideration of $28.60 million.

Upon completion of all these acquisitions, Q & M will have 69 dental clinics located island wide and will also see an increase in its team of dentists from approximately 180 to 225 dentists
