Tan Bong Lin resigns as Parkway Trust Management's independent director
His retirement is part of the succession plan.
Mr. Tan, 60, was chairman of audit committee and member of the nominating and remuneration committee. He was appointed to this position on July 5, 2007.
He has over twenty-eight years of experience working in financial institutions. He was with Citigroup Global Markets Singapore from 1990 and 2007. Before that, he held various positions in Drexel Burnham Lambert (S) from 1980 to 1990. He was a member of the finance committee at Singapore Broadcasting Authority from 1997 to 2002. He graduated from the University of Singapore in 1980 with a Bachelor of Accountancy.
