Tan Poh Lan steps down as Cordlife Group's executive director

She remains chief operating officer of the company.

Miss Tan, 54, was in this position since April 12, 2016.

She was chief executive officer for Gleneagles Hospital of Parkway Holdings since September 1, 2008. She was also chief executive officer for East Shore Hospital since March 1, 2007. She is responsible for the general management and operations of the hospital. She was assistant general manager for Mount Elizabeth Hospital in March 1991. She is non-independent and non-executive director for Stemlife Berhad since May 26, 2016.

She graduated with Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from University of Queensland, Australia and holds an MBA from University of Singapore.
